What are the conditions for disbursing salaries through KCash Connect Plus?
- The paying account must be a KBank account only
- The receiving account must be a KBank account only
- Businesses that want to disburse salaries through FlowAccount Payroll using KCash Connect Plus must have the system connected by the FlowAccount team only
- Businesses that already have a KCash Connect Plus account just need to disconnect from their old payroll system, and the FlowAccount team can help connect to the FlowAccount Payroll system.
Can I use FlowAccount Payroll if I don't connect KCash Connect Plus or don't pay through SCB or Krungsri?
- If you pay salaries through other banks not mentioned in the description, you simply pay salaries through that bank as usual, and you can still create payroll entries and record salary payments through FlowAccount Payroll.
- Cash wage payments are also supported without going through the banking system. You can record them as 'Paid' via cash payment.
