Work closely with product marketing and product teams to align marketing and sales.
Design an end-to-end Sales process and run it with a founder to make sure it works.
Lead by example by driving everything from lead qualification, pitching, negotiating, closing, and retaining.
Set revenue targets and ensure the team's objectives are aligned with business strategy.
Build Revenue generating org across Sales, Sales Operations, Success, and Partnerships.
Mentor and build the team's capabilities by leaning on the company's playbook, but also implementing your own.
Qualifications
At least 7+ years of sales experience is preferred.
2+ years of SaaS or Fintech sales experience would be preferred.
Prior experience selling into mass-market would be preferred.
Prior experience growing teams.
Technology or Start-up experience.
Proactive and hustler mentality.
Ability to work in ambiguous and vague environments and drive activity independently.
Ability to speak Thai and English fluently.
