Design and conduct in-depth accounting courses for SMEs, covering essential accounting practices and the use of FlowAccount.
Lead online seminars, workshops, and one-on-one training sessions, ensuring that clients understand and can apply accounting concepts within their businesses.
Work with the Academy team to create and update training programs and materials that are relevant and tailored to the needs of SMEs.
Provide ongoing support to trainees, answering queries and offering advice on accounting practices and software usage.
Collect and analyze participant feedback to refine and enhance training programs.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience in delivering training, particularly in accounting.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, particularly for SMEs.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to develop and present training content effectively.
Lover teaching and helping others.
Special Consideration
Experience working in Big 4, Audit firm, and accounting office.
