- Go to Settings menu
2. Select “Edit Document Features”
3. Enable the function “Multi-currencies”
4. Now you’re ready to use the function. When you create documents, you can choose the currency you want.
5. Then you can set the exchange rate.
🔴 The documents with foreign currency will always be in English when you print, share link, and download.
🔴 In the reports and dashboard menu, the currency will be in Thai Baht.
🔴 The function is not available in Cumulative Billing Note, Cumulative Receipt, and Partial payment.
🔴 The function is only available on the desktop. Our application doesn’t support this feature for iOS and Android, but you can still preview and download the documents.
